*NOTE: Any hair that has been altered in ANY way, CAN NOT and WILL NOT be exchanged. Hair must be in its orginal packaging with all tags and enclosed documents attached. Exchanges and refunds are ONLY made if the company, Keep It Cute Hair is at fault and requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of your Keep It Cute Hair.

If you would like to cancel a order you have up to 48 hours after you've made the purchase. There will be at $40 restocking fee for all cancelled orders. After that, no cancellations.
